1 Chocolate Crust
1 can (12 oz.) Evaporated Milk
1 3/4 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
8 Milano cookies
Decorator writing gels
Assorted Halloween gummies candy
Whisk together the evaporated milk, egg yolks and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is very hot and thickens slightly (do not boil).
Remove from heat, then stir in the chocolate chips until they're completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into the crust.
Sprinkle with the cookie crumbs. Press crumbs down gently.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Decorate the cookies as tombstones with writing gels as desired; let set. Insert tombstones around edge of pie.
With a spoon, mound the cookie crumbs to form "fresh graves." Decorate your graveyard with candy to make the pie spooky.
